Leroy J. Brink, Jr.

Leroy J. Brink, Jr., 74, of Sagamore, PA, formerly of Kittanning, PA, passed away on Monday, Feb. 3, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.

Leroy was born on Sept. 15, 1947 in Oklahoma, PA; the son of Roberta (Campbell) and Leroy J. Brink, Sr.

Leroy proudly served in the U.S. Army and was employed with Haskell Office LLC in Oakmont until his retirement. He was very handy; he enjoyed fixing things and keeping his three daughters under control. He loved working on his truck, a '79 Dodge Power Wagon that was his pride and joy. Leroy will be affectionately remembered for his sailor's mouth, jokes, and his stories.

His memory will be cherished by his mother, Roberta (Campbell) Brink of Vandergrift; his three daughters, Brenda Smail and husband Michael of Ford City, Paula Yarger and husband, Robert of Cadogan, and Crystal Frye of Sagamore; grandchildren, Richard, Brittany, and William Smail, Michael Brink, Dakota, Morgan, Kaitlyn, Jocelyn, and Gannon Yarger, Jarid (Kelsey) Brink, Karissa (Michael) Crawford, and Aaron (Priscilla Lewis) Stennett; great-grandchildren, Ella, Bristol, and Berkleigh Brink, Cole and Landon Crawford and Ryland Stennett; brother, Dennis Brink of Apollo; and sister, Tammy Ross of Vandergrift.

Leroy was preceded in death by his father; his loving wife, Edna D. (Grates) Brink, whom he married on Jan. 29, 1969 and who passed away on Sept. 23, 2005; a brother, Marvin Brink; and a sister, Linda Anthony.

Services will be private.
