Don't weep for me now that I'm gone
For this moment I have waited so long
Wanting to be with my Lord so dear
Thought the time would never be here

Now at last I have taken my leave
I surely do not want anyone to grieve
I will be in a much better, happier place
Gazing on my dear Savior's face

Tears filling my eyes you see
As I gaze upon the one who chose me
Lifted me out of the miry clay
Set my feet on the solid rock
Christ Jesus to stay

Not worthy, not worthy am I
To find favor of the Master on high
But unworthiness is my only claim
To enter heaven and by Jesus' name

His robe of righteousness I must wear
'Tis the only way I can enter there

Ask the Lord to show you, yourself
And abhor the sin that you see.
Turn from sin to God, through Christ alone
And enter heaven with me
